 David Pierson had a farm in nearby Glyndwfrdwy (approx 5 miles outside Llangollen) and in 1975 went into butchery and purchased a shop in  Llangollen. His meat is only sourced locally,the meat is hung for 3 - 4 weeks to enhance flavour.

  All of their sausages are gold award winners,  local classics are the Welsh dragon sausage, leek and chilli sausages, Welsh black beef and horse raddish sausage and the Welsh black beef, horse raddish & mustard.
